Well now. That was a FANTASTIC tournament. We won the plate (although if rubio, hamface and shitbucket had got out of bed on time on the first day then we would most probably have made the top ten).
We drank a lot of free tequila in the rock bar (ROCKBAR!!!!), we went bowling, we played drinking games in an old man's pub, we toured Barcelona, we drank some more, we played great ultimate, we got kicked out of the hotel (myself, larkin, pixie and blonde did, at least), we drank a bit more, We jammed with Tommy Leitner. And I'm sure we did a load of other stuff as well, but I can't remember any of it (at least, not right now).
Big thanks to Adriano, Francesca, Babs and Marko for coming out to reinforce the Binge line. I, for one, hope to play with all of you again sometime (except for Adriano... what a loser. I'll bet Jestival will be shit).
All in all, it was good to go out to a European tournament, drink ourselves stupid and party all night, then get up the following morning and comprehensively beat a series of European ultimate teams (as we did after the initial hiccup which left us in the bottom half of the tourny). It says to the world "Look at us! We're not actually as shit as you thought we were after Burla". At least one team got caught with their pants down because they had kicked our asses in Burla and expected to do it again!
